Tel Quel Clinique: A Unique Approach in Lachute

Since September 14, a new clinic has been welcoming clients in Lachute. Founded by Kelly-Anne Roy, Tel Quel Clinique brings together a multidisciplinary team of professionals in sexology, social work, nursing and naturopathy, special education, massage therapy, mental health occupational therapy, psychoeducation and counselling.

Meeting a Need in the Region

A sexologist who was already self-employed, Kelly-Anne had noticed that some of these resources were not widely available in the Lachute area. Having already founded a clinic in Montréal while she was a student, she decided to take on the challenge once again, this time in her own region.

Her goal was to create a warm, welcoming and safe environment where people could access a variety of professional resources under one roof.

Turning a Vision into Reality

Bringing the clinic to life required several leasehold improvements to create the space Kelly-Anne had envisioned. CAE Rive-Nord, in collaboration with MicroEntreprendre Cœur et Haute-Laurentides, is pleased to have supported her in launching her business.

Financing from CAE Rive-Nord, including through the Youth Strategy, helped her complete some of the renovations needed to prepare the new space.

“Among other things, I received a Youth Strategy loan from CAE Rive-Nord, which really helped me with the renovations. Nicolas provided great support throughout the process, and I received a quick response to my application. I’m very grateful,” said the clinic owner.

Tel Quel Clinique also offers services adapted to IVAC mandates, a resource that remains relatively uncommon in the region.

Growing Faster Than Expected

For Kelly-Anne, having colleagues around her, sharing a space and exchanging different perspectives makes the project even more meaningful.

And the response has exceeded her expectations. When the clinic opened, she set a goal of bringing together 10 professionals by September 2027, one year after opening. That goal has already been reached and surpassed.

What’s next? Kelly-Anne certainly isn’t ruling out opening a second location in the not-too-distant future…
