As the hotel cannot accommodate all Congress participants, two additional hotels have been reserved for our group.

Any applicable charges will be billed directly to the individual concerned. By car
- The best way to get to Val-d’Or is by car! It allows you to admire the ever-changing landscapes between your region and ours.
- A music playlist will be suggested in the coming months to help set the mood for the 2026 Congress!
- If you wish, you can stop at the Mont-Laurier Tourist Office, where a complimentary energy drink made in Val-d’Or will be waiting for you—so you can cross La Vérendrye Park feeling energized and fully awake!
Public EV charging stations are available in Val-d’Or.
To avoid logistical issues, if you know you will be travelling by air, and your want to rent a car, we recommend booking your rental vehicle as soon as possible. This will allow rental companies to relocate part of their fleets to Val-d’Or from other regional cities to meet demand.
