The program<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2278c7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2278c7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The FRRR CFP Phase 2 is delivered by the SADC (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019aide au d\u00e9veloppement des collectivit\u00e9s) and CAE (Centres d\u2019aide aux entreprises) of Quebec. Its purpose is to provide emergency financial assistance to businesses that are not eligible for other federal programs or those that have been refused assistance under these programs, to assure that they can remain operational.<br \/>Please note that a non-repayable contribution may also be offered for technical assistance. This assistance would be available even if the company received amounts from other measures of the Government of Canada.<br \/>The FRRR CFP is aimed at companies in regions covered by a SADC or a CAE. Companies located in the major centers of Quebec province (Montreal, Laval, Quebec, L\u00e9vis, Sherbrooke, Saguenay Chicoutimi and Jonqui\u00e8re sectors and the urban part of Gatineau can contact Canada Economic Development for component 1 of the RPSF.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ecb3a4d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ecb3a4d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Goals<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d8c7643 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d8c7643\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Support businesses affected by the economic impacts of COVID-19 that have not received federal government support. Funding (working capital loans)<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0093b90 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0093b90\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Loan to meet working capital requirements: maximum $ 40,000<\/li><li>The need for assistance must relate only to immediate (ad hoc) financial pressure on liquidity (working capital for SMEs or cash requirement for NPOs) and must be a consequence of COVID-19<\/li><li>The need for assistance must be for a maximum of 6 months<\/li><li>The aid cannot be used for needs associated with the preparation for the recovery (eg: fixed assets and equipment)<\/li><li>Possibility of capital moratorium and interest leave<\/li><li>Part of the non-repayable loan, 25%, if the loan is repaid completely before December 31, 2022<\/li><li>Interest rate P + 2, and P for social economy enterprises<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb9a448 text-color-green elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb9a448\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"criteres\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span style=\"white-space:pre-wrap\">4.
