The Société d’aide au développement des collectivités (Barraute-Senneterre-Quévillon) (SADC) is a non-profit organization whose primary mission is to stimulate community participation in local development and to support the creation, consolidation, and expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises.
To achieve this mission, various services, including technical and financial assistance, are available to support and foster entrepreneurship throughout our territory. Through its strong knowledge of the local environment and the effectiveness of its partners, the SADC (BSQ) contributes to the realization of numerous major projects. It can assist you in your efforts to support and promote community initiatives.
The SADC helps stimulate community participation in shaping its own future. This is made possible through the Community Development Program (CDP), established in 1986. This unique program was the first to grant communities and their representatives the autonomy to make decisions regarding their own development.
