The SADC benefits the MRCs of Portneuf and Jacques-Cartier, as well as the city of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, by promoting sustainable development and job creation. Established through the merger of two organizations, namely the Centre d’aide aux entreprises de Portneuf (CAE) and the Comité d’aide au développement de la collectivité (CADC) in 1995, we have supported over a hundred business projects.
