1. Opening of the meeting;
2. Adoption of the agenda;
3. Adoption of the minutes from the May 28, 2024, meeting;

6. Appointment of board representatives and presentation of directors;
7. Miscellaneous questions;
8. Adjournment of the meeting.

NOTICE OF OPEN POSITIONS FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Please be advised that positions will be up for election during the next Annual General Meeting of the SADC Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, which will take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
Individuals interested in submitting their candidacy must adhere to the mission, vision, and values of the SADC, which are focused on the three (3) components of sustainable development: economic, social, and environmental.
Application forms are available at the SADC Vallée-de-la-Gatineau office, located at 100 Principale Street South, Suite 210, Maniwaki, Quebec, J9E 3L4. Nominations must be received at the SADC office no later than Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
