The Espace @ccèsTI is a digital literacy help and support center located inside the SADC Shawinigan offices.
This dedicated space helps you, as a Shawinigan resident, learn how to use your devices safely and effectively, develop cyber-awareness and critical thinking, and find solutions independently.
It is designed to help you better use and configure your electronic devices — cell phone, tablet, laptop, etc., as well as the applications they contain.
Available services include :
- Access to tutorials and training materials on-site and online for self-directed learning
- Support from an IT facilitator offering personalized follow-up and assistance based on your needs throughout your learning journey
